I started making skincare products while in grad school after having a terrible skin reaction. I went to countless dermatologists and specialists, yet no one could figure out the cause of my reaction. I became super frustrated and in an act of typical Drea drama, I threw all my beauty products away and vowed to only use super clean hand-made products.
As my skin immediately cleared up, my intrigue in African-sourced skincare products grew. As a child of African immigrants, I was very familiar with the medicinal properties of many plants in Africa, but through research, I was able to gain a ton of knowledge on just how beautiful and powerful the resources of the continent are.
I was inspired and decided to make my DIY skin care products into a full-fledged business. I was super excited about this new start and after much deliberation, it made the most sense to name my brand after the Arabic word for new beginning “Aini”.
Purchases will be shipped via USPS from either our Atlanta or Miami distribution center. You can expect your purchase to ship within 2-3 business days from receipt of your order.
If you choose the priority mail shipping option, your order should arrive 2-3 business days after your order has shipped.
If you choose the first class mail shipping option, your order should arrive 3-5 business days after your order has shipped.
Refund Policy
We want you to be absolutely in love with your products. If not, reach out to us through our contact from on our Maker page. Explain what it was you did not like. Moving forward from there, we may or may not authorize the return. Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 15 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
