Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon(s) Gustus Vitae Crystallized Honey Sea Salt
- Black Tea of Choice (We Recommend Earl Grey Tea Leaves)
- Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- Heat water in tea kettle to desired temperature
- Add Gustus Vitae Crystallized Honey Sea Salt to bottom of teacup or mug
- Place Cinnamon Stick and tea leaves (approximately 0.1 oz per cup) in mug
- Pour water in and let steep for 3-5 minutes
- Stir in cream if desired
