Only damaged goods will be considered for return on wholesale orders. Returns are up to the discretion of the seller. Please review the items as soon as they arrive. Claims on defective items must be made within 10 days to the Seller of receipt of merchandise and shipped for return within 30 days (unless Seller policy states otherwise). Unless determined to be a quality defect by the seller all shipping costs for returns lies with the Buyer. See seller for any additional requirements for returns.
Once authorized, claims will be refunded based on your payment method, not credit. No returns will be accepted without obtaining an RMA. Please contact the seller to obtain the number and return shipping address. Returns submitted without RMA number will be returned to the shipper at shipper’s expense. RMA numbers (once provided) must be referenced on the outside of any return shipment.
