Our American-grown cane sugar brings a slightly caramelly sweetness, while our American-harvested honey is ever-so-slightly herbaceous and slightly more complex, and when their powers combine, you've got a winner. We use this most often as a sugar replacement, with some of our favorites being as a muddler in margaritas and mojitos, but we also use when dusting cookies, or sprinkling on fresh cut fruit, or even in our morning tea or coffee.
