Holiday Truffle-Honey Pecan Praline Clusters
Ingredients
- Gustus Vitae Crystallized Honey Sea Salt
- Gustus Vitae Italian Winter Black Truffle Sea Salt
- 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
- 2 cup(s) Pecans
- 3/4 cup(s) White Chocolate, Melted
- 3/4 cup(s) Milk Chocolate, Melted
Instructions
- Mix sugar, butter, and baking soda in saucepan and bring to a boil
- Simmer and be sure to melt all sugar
- Using a thermometer, cook mixture until 240 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix in pecans
- Spoon mixture onto the baking dish and let cool
- Melt milk chocolate and white chocolate
- One at a time, dip clusters into chocolate and let dry
- Salt each cluster with Italian Winter Black Truffle Sea Salt and Crystallized Honey Sea Salt
